Del Mondor is Founder and President of Tribune Capital. He enjoys working with entrepreneurs and utilizing his experience and relationships, to help companies exploit opportunities with a clear competitive advantage.

Del is the President and CEO of Aldon Oils Ltd., a privately owned E&P company located in Weyburn, SK. He is a serial entrepreneur who has founded multiple companies and has had many highly successful exits. He continues to oversee the management of a group of private companies.

Del currently sits as the Chairman of the Saskatchewan Oil & Gas Board of Governors.

He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Commerce in 1992.
